The importance of doctrinal interpretation from the view of the law sources

Abstract

The article refers to the importance of existing doctrines and their applying to our legal system, as well as to the existence and importance of material sources of law. The legal doctrine has a significant influence on the law making and court decisions in spite of the legal doctrine doesn‘t rank among the official legal sources. From the view of material law sources the importance of doctrinal interpretation resides in respecting of existed principles which are expressed as a formal source of law or they only exist as a substantive source of law.
