Teleological interpretation and its relation to other methods of interpretation

Abstract

The article refers to the importance of teleological methods of interpretation as one of the high standard interpretation methods. The task of the article is to show that at present it is necessary to take account of the fact that the application of the law is inevitable the completion of a judicial rights. Of course, that judge completion of the law can not be the basis and the beginning of lawmaking process, but only for its continuation.
This article is aimed at the fact that the use of teleological interpretation makes it possible to modify and supplement the result of legal formula interpretation, which was achieved by using of language interpretative methods, while respecting the rules that help prevent arbitrariness in the application of teleological methods of interpretation. The article particularly refers to the difference between historical and teleological interpretation, because they are often interchanged.
