Legal consequence of the substantiation in decisions of the Constitutional court

Membership of Slovak Republic in the European Union brings with changes in many social and economical domains. One of the most touched element is legal system of the Slovak Republic together with his doctrinal structure and judicial aplication of law rules. European court of justice with his legally binding decisions, which has precedental character, changes doctrinal summaries about formal not binding character of judicature. The main goal of the article is to point at particular aspects and consequences of interfusion between common law and continental law principles and provide suggestions to continue discussion about precedent like source of law. Object of this article is also the summary of relevant precedenses combined with opinions of the law theory authorities.
