Analysis of the articles listed in the magazine HISTORIA ET THEORIA IURIS (HTI) from the perspective of citing the documents by various authors based on principles of valid international standards

Abstract

The article aims to analyze the articles listed in the magazine HISTORIA ET THEORIA IURIS (HTI) from the perspective of citing the documents by various authors. The vital information about the article is comprised. There is an analysis of a form of abstracts, the possibilities of their listings based on the ISO 214 standard and the most frequent errors concerning their listing. Furthermore, the article includes the information on responses pursuant to Directive No 13/2008-R of 16 October 2008 on bibliographic registration and classification of publication activity, artistic activity and responses and it describes problems due to incorrect document citing. The article analyzes the most frequent types of errors when citing the documents and their impact on responses exploitation. The conclusions propose solutions as to the citations of difficult data and stress the importance of their uniform citing in accordance with relevant international standards and norms (ISO 690 and ISO 690-2).
